ViALUX places great value on the protection of  personal data and data security. The processing of data is based on  either legal requirements or your given agreement and serves the  performance of a contract between you and our company to fulfil the  related obligations.
Personal data and earmarked use
The processed data are customer data – in  particular customer number, name, address, telephone and fax number as  well as e-mail address.
The  collection of this data is required to perform the contract with you.  If the necessary information are not made available, a contract  conclusion is not possible.
We  point out that data transmission via Internet (e. g. e-mail  communication) can be vulnerable to security gaps. Complete protection  of the data from being accessed by third parties is unfeasible.
We  provide you with the possibility to send us repair request through our  website. You are required to give a valid e-mail address and full name  so we know who is making the inquiry and how to respond to it. The  processing of data for communication purposes is carried out in  accordance with art. 6 p. 1 S. 1 lit. a GDPR based on your voluntarily  given consent.
We only transmit your personal data to third parties if it is legally required or if you have approved it.
Storage of you data
We save your personal data as long as it is required for the performance of the contract. After conclusion of the contract, your data will be deleted.
However, due to legal requirements (retention period) in accordance with the Commercial Code or General Fiscal Law, we are obligated to save these data for at least 10 years after conclusion of the contract.
Your rights
You may call for information on your personal data. You also have the right to have incorrect data corrected.
Furthermore,  you have - under certain conditions - the right to request the erasure  of data, the right to the limitation of data processing, and the right  of data portability.
If  the data processing is based on your consent for processing (e.g. a  newsletter subscription - art. 6 letter f GDPR), you have the right to  revoke your consent for future processing at any time. A corresponding  e-mail to info@vialux.de is sufficient.
Cookies
Our website uses Cookies. You can visit our  website without furnishing particulars to your person. We only save  access data without relation to persons, e. g. the name of your Internet  service provider, the web page you are using to visit us, the name of  the files you requested, and their expiration date. This data is solely  evaluated to improve our service and allow no conclusions to you as an individual.
Web-analysis
Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics 4 to analyze the use of the website. This service is operated and provided by Google Inc. (Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). No personal data such as name, address or contact details are transmitted to Google Analytics. On the basis of a pseudonymous user identification number, Google analyzes various data such as device usage, search terms, time and duration of use of the online offer.
Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for a period of two years after your last visit. These cookies contain a randomly generated user ID that allows us to recognize you on future visits to the site.
